Holidays are for indulging (sometime even over-indulging), right?! Then this fantastic dinner at The Albury Club only a short distance from us here at BIG4 Albury Tourist Park.
They're really teasing our tastebuds when they've given us some hints on what could be served... We're talking Gin cured kingfish, white asparagus, fried cuttlefish paired with a 2018 Limited Release Chardonnay. Or.... Their Kangaroo carpaccio, beetroot, target beets, current agro dolce, green radish with rice and paired with a 2017 Sixties Block.
